This review article surveys advanced ultrafast microscopy and spectroscopy techniques for resolving photogenerated charge-carrier dynamics with simultaneous spatial and temporal precision. It evaluates how electron- and photon-based approaches enable direct visualization of transport, recombination, and interfacial processes in optoelectronic materials.
